Carolyn and Amy met in the spring of 2008, when they performed together as Marty and Rizzo in a Chicago production of the musical Grease. The pair quickly discovered a shared love for books, animals, and alphabetizing color-coded lists of lists. A friendship was formed over sushi and the perfect Chicago summer, when they realized that with their powers combined, the spark of an idea might become something real.
500+ events and 10 seasons later, these Pink Ladies are immensely proud of their little company - the wealth of strong industry relationships, the dream team they've assembled, and the thousands of happy moments they've worked hard to create.

Lauren has been with us since 2011, but her career in event planning began in 2008 as an Events & Activities Manager at Orange Lake Resort in Florida. Her impressive resume includes private parties, themed events for families, & non-profit fundraising galas. Coupled with a strong ability to make people happy, you can rest assured that Lauren will coordinate all of the moving pieces of your wedding and orchestrate a fun, beautiful, & memorable day.

Rachel has been an Early Childhood educator for over 15 years, and has always known a passion for weddings and events. She joined AELO in the Spring of 2014 and has loved every minute of it! Rachel delights in being a part of that special day when two people, who are so in love, embark on a new journey together. Rachel enjoys baking and watching movies - she is a sucker for old classics and musicals, as well as Pumpkin Spice lattes and peanut butter!

Brittany has served as an arts administrator and event planner for Chicago's cultural institutions such as Victory Gardens Theater, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the Chicago Cultural Center Foundation and the Goodman Theatre. She has shared her brilliant mind and excellent customer service skills with AELO since 2015. Brittany hails from Wichita and loves art museums, the color purple, and firmly believes that all dresses should have pockets.
Senior Event Design Consultant
Ciara has been employing her impeccable sense of style and eye for design in many ways for over 20 years. She holds a degree from NIU in Textiles, Apparel & Merchandising, and uses her talents as a home decorating consultant & furniture painter, as well as a merchandiser for a vintage home decor shop. Ciara is also an avid sports fan and often visits her hometown of Indianapolis to cheer on her beloved Colts!
