We love an intimate wedding and Kate and Stephen celebrated in style with the people that are closest to them. The festivities kicked off with a pre-ceremony cocktail reception with the groom at RPM Seafood. Then guests traveled to the University of Chicago for the ceremony which took place in the gothic and glorious Bond Chapel. Afterwards guests returned to RPM Seafood for cozy and luxe dinner. Congratulations to Kate and Stephen!

MB and Steve are two of the sweetest people we've had the pleasure of working with. Hosts at heart, they had to go all out for their wedding--putting on a truly heartwarming wedding complete with an incredible flower man entrance and touching words from their friend/officiant. After rings and kisses were exchanged, guests were delighted by an in-house glass blowing demonstration during cocktail hour. After a spectacular dinner service, MB and Steve's family and friends were anxious to get out on the dance floor and they tore.it.up! We could tell that every person in attendance was feeling the love for this couple; it was so nice to be there to help make this day happen for such an incredible group of people.

What a NIGHT for these two Halloween-loving cuties! A costume wedding has been AELO’s dream for so long, and we were honored to be a part of it. So fun, so in love. Congratulations, Mary + Ralph!

These. Two. Mr. and Dr. Alex and Susan are two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Both brilliant, both so good natured, and so in love with each other. It was such a joy to finally watch them say their vows in front of the beautiful arch by Bou K. These self-proclaimed nerds are perfect for each other. The beautiful ceremony was followed by the sweetest toasts from their parents and friends, and then that dance floor was PACKED from the first song to the very last.

Congratulations to these two wonderful people! We know your life together will be absolutely wonderful!

What a JOY to finally get these two down the aisle! We had so. much. fun. planning with Terian and Nate for what turned out to be a lot longer than any of us expected! Originally set for June 2020… then October 2020… and finally for October 2021, their wedding was a computer nerd’s DREAM. Those moody fall colors, twinkle lights, karaoke, the cake! Terian’s DRESS! Everything from the VCR gift card box to the floppy disc escort cards to the kitty cake toppers, was perfectly them, and we are so happy we got to be a part of it. Terian and Nate are two truly wonderful people, who took COVID planning in stride and were so understanding and lovely as we all navigated these strange times. We wish them all the best in whatever the future brings.
