These. Two. Kelsey and Matt are two of the kindest, most generous people on the planet. We had such fun getting to know them and watching them walk down the aisle! Kelsey was a meticulous planner and Matt was right there with her—a great team. From the heartfelt reading by their pal Nick to the full dance party later on in the night, the day was full of love and laughter, and just a few happy tears. We wish you two all the love in the world and know you’ll have a long and happy life together!

This was a perfect day. Julia+Dan flew in from LA to be married on a chilly autumn day in the Windy City. Dan's family are Chicago natives and throughout Julia and Dan's courtship they made many happy visits to Lincoln Park which is where they ultimately decided to say their wedding vows. At the unforgettable Honeycomb structure under a family chuppah, these two became husband and wife. Afterwards, we hustled across town to the beautiful Loft Lucia in West Loop where guests enjoyed a lovely rooftop cocktail hour in the brisk October air. A buffet dinner and tons of dancing completed this fantastic affair.

AELO Alumni | Sara + Will, 10/15/22

Sara and Will got married on a glorious Chicago fall day at the Lincoln Park Conservatory. The beautiful greenery in the Show House provided the perfect atmosphere for this super intimate wedding with 14 of Sara and Will's closest family and friends. Afterwards they feasted on a seven course tasting (and wine pairing!) meal at the ultra-hip Brass Heart Restaurant in Uptown. Their special day was filled with so much love and laughter and we couldn't be happier for this beautiful couple. Congratulations Sara and Will - we wish you a lifetime of happiness!

AELO Alumni | Laura + Sal, 8/20/22

Working with Laura and Sal was effortless. These two are not just beautiful on the outside, but on the inside as well. They're also smart, friendly and easy collaborators so we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. Their wedding day started a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony at Our Lady of the Wayside in Arlington Heights. The party then moved to Metropolis Ballroom where guest enjoyed a delicious five-course meal. After dinner the real party started: oh, man do Laura and Sal's family and friends know how to party! Their dance floor was packed without a lull for HOURS (special shout out to DJ Nick for keeping the party going). Congratulations, Laura and Sal! We hope your marriage is a sweet and fun as your wedding day!

AELO Alumni | Lisa + Itzik, 8/14/22

A journey two and a half years in the making! Lisa + Itzik’s fourth wedding date was a success! In February of 2020, we started planning their day… which was of course, rescheduled due to Covid. Twice. They had a microwedding in 2020, so finally getting to celebrate their nuptials was nothing short of joyous. We loved working with Lisa’s sister, Heidi, in 2016, and getting to connect with their friends and family again was so much fun! It was a night of dancing, celebration, and big big love. Lisa was stunning in her gown and Itzik is an incredible guitarist, even jumping in with the band! Lisa + Itzik are wonderful people, and we know their lives together are going to be fantastic.
