For a couple whose relationship started over grilled cheese at Cheesie's, their wedding was everything but!

Kristin + Bobby said their I do's at the Hilton Orrington in downtown Evanston on October 3rd. Outside, the blustery wind brought the first cold day of Fall, but inside hearts were aglow with warmth and love as the adorable bride wed her dapper groom inside a candlelit, red rose petaled ballroom. 

Guests were invited to enjoy cocktails and reception, also held at the hotel, immediately following the beautiful ceremony. The mother of the bride gave a touching speech, while the co-maids of honor and best man all rocked their toasts. Even after indulging in a gourmet dinner, guests still packed the dance floor the entire night, stopping only to partake in the sweets table and late night soft pretzel buffet complete with nacho cheese and mustards. In all it was a "nice little" wedding day for a lovely couple; we wish Kristin+Bobby all the best!

AELO met Alicia through the American Cancer Society, when we all came together to work on the Black and White Ball, so we were thrilled when she asked us to coordinate her wedding! The theme was "Old Chicago" and it didn't disappoint. The beauty of the old St. James Chapel set the tone.  The dark tones of the stained glass windows and the melodic tones from choir, which was comprised of close friends of the bride, helped add to the feel.  The theme continued at the historical and magnificent Germania place. Alicia and Brandt were gloriously in love, and we were so proud to be a part of her day!
